Why do my estimated tax vouchers say "Do Not File" in a watermark?

It means "Do not attach the 1040 ES to your tax return".

The vouchers are for making quarterly estimated payments in 2025.
If you write and mail a check they should be attached to the payment.
TurboTax will guide you through the mailing process for your 1040-ES estimated payments.
Or you can setup an account and pay directly to the IRS Direct Pay With Bank Account
