do I need to file using turbo tax delux because I have an HSA account?

When you have an HSA, the IRS requires you to use Form 1040 (a.k.a the long form) which isn’t supported in Federal Free edition or Absolute Zero. In order to enter your HSA information, you have to upgrade to Deluxe.
