More than likely the IRS has incorrect information about you in reference to Marketplace Insurance which you never had (this is Not uncommon). The IRS will continue to reject your e-filed tax return.
Unfortunately, the only way you will be able to file your tax return is to print, sign, date and mail the return to the IRS. The IRS will probably send you a notice concerning the 1095-A and the Form 8962, You can then speak to an IRS agent to get this resolved using the phone number provided in the notice.
