Why do I have to verify who I am when I have a verified account already

It is for your own safety that they ask you the verification questions.  TurboTax asks the questions to do all they can to prevent identity theft.

This is for your own protection.  Otherwise someone may have your information and say have your refund if any, deposited into a different checking account.  Or possibly try to mess up your information.  Hope this helps.
