Your employer or payroll service fills out the info on your paystub.   You would need to ask them to explain their entries on your stub in regards to tips.

Hopefully, you are not trying to prepare your return on the basis of your pay stubs.   That's a no-no!  You need to wait on any W-2's to arrive, which the employer is supposed to provide by January 31.   The W-2 may have additional info and often differs from what one might see on a paystub.    If you enter and file the return incorrectly, you might have to prepare an amended return later on which can be a hassle.
