Why do I get stuck in a loop where it keeps asking me for my drivers license then goes through the forms again and I end up back at the file page?

It looks like there is an error on your return that is blocking you from filing electronically. You have two options: fix the error or file by mail. If you would like to e-file, please follow the instruction in the software, which will show you the specific error you have and how to fix it. Once the error is resolved, you will be able to e-file.

Yes I kept going back to fix the error, fix it, and then it would take me to the drivers license page. So there is a bug.

If you already fix the error, please re-enter driver's license into and you should be able to e-file.
