Why did turbo tax drop form 5695 when transmitting my return to irs?

We were suppose to get over $7000 back but because form 5695 was omitted it reduced y refund?  Why?

What day did you e-file? Did you run the federal review before you filed?

Form 5695 was finalized and released for e-filing on February 9, 2024. If you filed on or before that date, the incomplete form would have been omitted.

If your return was accepted by the IRS and you received your refund, you may file an Amended Return to claim the Residential Energy Credit on Form 5695.
