Why did they deposit my second stimulas to the account on file when its incorrect and mailed me all my other refunds n stimulas?

When a deposit is sent to the wrong or incorrect account number the bank for financial institution sends the money back to the IRS.  There were some IRS issues with the second stimulus deposits.
