Why did I reach my 5 e-file limit when i only submitted 4 tax returns

It is tax filing deadline and my turbo tax software wont let me e-file saying I reached my maximum bit I only filed 4 returns. Anyone know why this is happening. Please help.

In certain situations...if one e-file was rejected, that can count as one.

How do I submit my taxes when I do not include my 1095A since I am a dependent? It keeps saying I must fix the 1095a but also says not to include it on my return.
