No one can see your fees in this community forum. Here are a couple of possibilities.

Did you use Deluxe Edition for a Federal and State return? If so, Deluxe is currently $69 for a Federal return and $59 for a state return, plus possible sales tax.

Or did you use the Premium edition for a Federal return fee of $129?
