Why did I get this error? "Turbo Tax Federal form: Box 13 Code C is under development and available by end of March.: This software should be ready by 3/15.

Sounds like a form that is needed on your tax return is still unavailable. Please try to e-file again after March 16.

I already had the final document, but when I entered that value into Box 13 Code C, TurboTax created this error. The error stated:

"Box 13 Code C is under development and available by end of March"

This sure seems to be a software issue with your program.
