Why cant I connect to a CPA like they show on TV its always an agent from Arise with absolutely no tax background. IT has been a week or two since I selected to have a CPA do my taxes for me at the inflated 260 starting rate. It is just nuts NOONE has rcd

absolutely noone has reached out to me and when I login the status is stuck in "You don't need to share anything right now, but your expert will message you if that changes." Same thing with HR Block Im being ignored and denied service by the two largest companies. Que up the generic response and non transparency on how to GET DIRECTLY TO A CPA. Its been weeks and Im so tired of wasting time. Also, I dont even think the best equipped agents can provide a service as you show on tv. I had one Agent get on video with me that actually worked and she was supposed to connect me to an agent who never connected....just a "waiting" game. Can this service Just stop with the generic responses to everyone and tell me how to just hand this over to a CPA. At this point Im saying Id like someone else to do it. You advertise ,"have a cpa do it" its not happening.
