    If you are having issues signing in, you may need to complete Account Recovery to gain access.  Please see the below article for steps on how to get back in to your account: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3300098

    Already tried that - keeps coming back to the sign in page.  Very frustrating!

    Are you being directed to keep logging in?  Try using a different browser and see,
