Why can't I file my Massachusetts state tax return? It just keeps cycling to say "started".

Why can't I file my Massachusetts state tax return? It just keeps cycling to say "started".

Not all of the Massachusetts state forms are not available yet.  Some forms state they are available today but it maybe later today before TurboTax allows you to e-file.  Following is a list of Massachusetts forms and when they are available.
