I have used Turbotax for about 20 years. I used to use get a CD sent to me to efile for years with no issues. This year, no CD so I downloaded the Deluxe software.
Did my return and my three college kids like the past few years but this year, can't efile. Updated over an over again over different days trying to efile with all the info asked filled in with no errors. Yet every time I press, "transmit," I get a message to update again. Tonight it the third time in a week. Arrgh!
so much wasted time this year.
Pisses me off that they keep charging more and more to file. This year cost me and my kids simple returns hundreds of dollars and yet had to pay first for multiple states and returns on each person every time while they claim it is free or cheap and still can't file.
On top of that, they offer no phone number to call for help! After hundred of dollars in fees, no one to talk to unless you buy their service. Their on line help is a needle in a haystack.
WTF! I may never use them again and slam them on on line. I can't be alone. Me and my three kids are hung in neverland with no one to talk to.
Does anyone know what the problem is??
