You can bypass this hitting the File anyway and continue thru the payment method once you do that you will see the option to Federal (e-file) and to State (file by mail).

How do I access my 2024 Form 2210 or 2210-F to answer the question Enter the amount from your 2024 Form 2210, line 4 or Form 2210-F, line 6?
