Why Are you not allowed to preview your State Return on Turbotax

My Brokerage Firm has offered me Turbotax Premium at no cost for filing both a Federal and State Return.

I have tried every way possible to preview my State Return but when I try to do so the system asks me

to either pay (which is odd since my Brokerage Firm is offering it to me for free) or to register.

I don't understand my Turbotax will not all me to preview my State Return before I pay since

I am receiving a free product.  Shouldn't a client be able to view their return before filing?

I have also called customer service and they as well could not find a way to preview the State

Return.

Is there a way to do this or not!

Why Are you not allowed to preview your State Return on Turbotax

To preview your Form 1040 , including the government worksheets before you file, refer to the TurboTax article How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing?

You will have to pay for TurboTax or register if using the free product.
