Why are you going to debt my account when i sign up to have it taken out of my return

when i used turbo tax to do my taxes i signed up to have my payment deducted from my return, i got an email stating it is going to be debted from my account now by april 12th, turbo tax said my taxes have been accepted and my return was to get to me by 2-21-19 and it has still not made to me, i have checked IRS.GOV several times and it says it is still processing, can you tell me why i have not recieved my return yet, it has been a month past the date turbo tax said i would get it-- thank you

When you elected Pay with Refund, you agreed to let TT take your fees if your refund was delayed, usually beyond 45 days.

Only the IRS can tell you why your refund is delayed. They do not notify TT.
