If you are being charged by TurboTax then it is likely that at some point you selected some sort of upgrade such as live assist or audit protection. Go to tools then look at your fees to see what you are being charged for. If you did not pay yet, and you did upgrade you can follow the steps here to switch back to free if you qualify.
