Why are my turbot ax fees not able to be deducted out of my tax return when it's a enough to cover the fees??

You may not be able to have your TurboTax Fees deducted from your tax return refund amount using the  Pay With My Refund service for the following reasons:

• You are filing a paper return, not an e-file
• There is no federal refund to cover the fees
• There is no federal refund
• You have a foreign address
• You have a Form 8888 
• You have already initially e-filed your federal return and used this service
• You have filed your federal return and are now only filing your state return
