Why am I unable to select a school district?

As @mesquitebean said, we need to know what state you're in. Also include your county and name of your school district (SD). 

If Ohio, one common problem is school districts that are located in more than one county. TurboTax doesn't always include  all the SDs on the drop down list. 

Just choose any non taxable school district, in your county.  The state only uses the info for statistical purposes and it doesn't affect your return. 

 Or you may be able to manually change  it on the Ohio Information worksheet (abbreviated Info Worksheet on the list of Ohio forms).
