Why am I paying for an additional $34.99 for a premium package I don't remember agreeing to?

Are you a California filer, and did you choose to pay the TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund?   If so, that option to pay out of the refund is bundled with other benefits and called "Premium Services" for 34.99 in Free Edition (39.99 for California filers in the paid editions.)
