Why am I paying a 29.99 fee and a 34.99 fee. I'm only agreeing to one or the other, not both. I can't figure out how to remove one. Help :)

The 29.99 fee is for the PLUS upgrade. 

Did you choose to pay the TurboTax fee out of your Federal refund?  If so, there is a 34.99 service fee for that refund processing option.

If you did choose that refund processing option to pay out of your Federal refund and want to remove it, you can do so prior to filing and then pay the TurboTax fee upfront with credit card, debit card, or prepaid debit card.   Here's how depending on your location:
