Why am I not getting a pop up to import my financial from charles schwab?

Why do I not get any questions about importing my financials from Charles Schwab and apparently that feature is not available?

That feature is available but you need to use the Premier or higher version of TurboTax Online.

Sign in to your TurboTax account
Go to Search bar and search for 1099-div or 1099-int or 1099-b (for example).
Select the Jump to 1099
If you selected Form 1099-b, on the Your investments and savings screen, scroll down and select +Add investments and Continue.
On the Let's import your tax info screen, you should see Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
Continue with the onscreen interview until complete.
