May I ask what screen are you receiving this error on? Besides clearing cache and cookies, have you tried using another web browser?
Right after accepting the agreement’s to efile, it brings up citizenship, and I can’t go any further from there! I’ve tried from a phone, tablet, and laptop!! 🤷🏻♂️
Please try the below troubleshooting if you are receiving a "undefined" error upon e-filing:
1. In the sidebar on the left select "Intuit Account"
2. Select Products & Billing
3. Select TurboTax (It will say Turbo Tax Online to the left
4. Select "Go To My TurboTax"
This should offset it and allow you to move freely through the features.
