I have used the standard version for the past 2 years with income and losses reported on a K-1. This year, I have to upgrade! I don't think so. I have used turbo tax since 1997, it only takes things like this to make me drop something like a hot potato.

If you are using the TurboTax Basic edition you can enter the Schedule K-1. The program will be recommending that you upgrade to a higher edition. That is only a recommendation it is NOT required.
I had to upgrade from basic to premier/premium, whatever it is, before I could had my K-1. I could not go any farther until I did. My K-1 kept getting deleted if I didn’t upgrade.
