Why am I being charged Premium for the FreeService; notes say I used Prem features? Why am I charged for anything w/o my upfront approval?

I responded "no" to all requests to upgrade and yet, I was still upgraded without my knowledge and I can not take the service off. Explanation said if I used the Premium features, I have no choice, but nowhere along the way did it tell me I was using Premium features. Intuit should warn the enduser that they are about to use Premium features before they are allowed to continue.

To see your fees, click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Then click on Tools. You will see My Fees in the center of the screen.
