Why am I asked to submit a 8453-C form, yet the form itself tells me not to mail the form?

After E-filing my S-Corp federal and state taxes, TurboTax shows another screen:  Print and Mail These Forms to the Government.

• Form 100-ES: Estimated Tax for 2023
• Form 8453-C: California e-file Return Authorization for Corporations

However, Form 8453-C states in bold "DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM TO THE FTB"

What should I do in this case?   Or is this just paperwork for me to keep?

BTW, I printed TurboTax's 8453-CORP form, signed it, scanned it, and uploaded/attached it to the return prior to submitting the return via E-File.
