Why $100 charge

I paid for my desktop TT, yet I was charged $100 when I received my IRS refund .  Why?

Are you sure you used your Desktop program?   Many people that bought the Desktop program have accidentally used the Online version.   Or you added some other services like a state efile or added extra live help (even accidentally) and had the extra fees deducted from your refund.   There is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California) for that.  Go through the file tab and see what you selected.   The Desktop extra live help is $60 plus the $40 Refund Processing Service charge is $100.
