When attempting to Pay for TurboTax, after I enter my credit card details and press "Confirm Payment", I get the notification "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again."
I have already tried clearing cookies, caches, search history, opening a new web browser (I've tried Chrome and Safari), restarting my computer, but I still keep getting this notification. I cannot proceed with filing my taxes.
Please help me resolve this issue.
