Which turbo tax should buy if I have lived in multiple states

TurboTax Online (all versions) can prepare and e-file up to five state returns per Federal return.  TurboTax Desktop (CD/Download product, all versions) can prepare and e-file up to three state returns per Federal return.  Additional returns can be prepared, printed and mailed.

TurboTax Online will have a charge for each state return (unless you qualify to use our Federal Free version during our Absolute Zero promotion).  The charge is currently $36.99 per return and is subject to change.

TurboTax Desktop Deluxe and higher comes with one free state download.  Additional states will be an additional charge of $36.99 (subject to change).  There is also an e-filing fee of $19.99 per state (except for New York state).  There is no additional charge if you print and mail your state return(s).
