Please clarify your question.

Do you mean EIN?
Your EIN would be a business you own's tax ID number.
Your personal IEN is your Social Security Number.
A business that issues you a tax form will have their EIN in an area close to their name.
What type of form did you get
- W-2
- 1099-Misc
- 1099-R
- Other
