Where to find an address to send 2017 taxes? Do I need to fill out a form before sending them if I owe money?

My dad claimed me as a dependent in 2017 because I am still in school. He never told me I also had to file a return for myself until this year. He is not claiming me on 2018 taxes but my 2018 return got rejected because I did not file for 2017. So now I am behind on both years. How do I figure out where to send the 2017 taxes? I have filled them out and printed them but I am not finding an address to mail them in to.. Also is there a form I have to fill out before I mail everything in? I think I will owe about $500 before any late penalties.

Since you didn't file 2017 then put down 0 for the AGI to efile 2018.  File each year separately.   You can still efile 2018 until Oct 15.  If you are getting a refund it's ok to file late.  If you owe any penalty or interest the IRS will send you a bill.

The instruction sheet that prints with your return should say where to mail it.  Where to mail federal paper returns

Don't forget your state.  State goes to a different place.

And how did you prepare 2017?  Online is only good for the current year 2018 so you would have to use the Desktop CD/Download program installed on a computer.

If 2018 taxes on Turbotax are already marked as printed how do you get it back to efile so I can make my AGI 0 and submit?

I have no idea.  I only know Turbo Tax.  I don't know if any other places let you do a prior year online.  Does your return say 2017 at the top?  Or 2018?  Is it a 1040EZ or 1040A return?

It does say 2017 at the top and it says 1040 but I don't see an A or EZ behind it.. I am not sure about that

That's ok.  There are 3 kinds of 1040 for 2017 and prior.  1040EZ, 1040A short form and the full 1040.
