Where to change the reason for amending on an amended return

On my amended return I cannot find a place to update the reason I initially entered for amending the return.

Go to Forms and enter your explanation on the Form 1040X.

Click on Forms in the upper right of the desktop program screen.  When if Forms mode click on Form 1040X on the left side of the screen.  With the Form 1040X opened, scroll down to Part III Explanation of Changes

Form 1040X does not appear on the left side.

I also looked at 1040 Wks, Form 1040, and Info Wks just in case it would be there, but no such luck.

Fortunately, the change I need to make is simple so I will start over with the file from the 2018 return and put this thing to rest
