Where’s my refund!?

I am a victim of fraudulent and has used Turbotax  for the past 3 or 4 years. This never happen to me before. I NEVER GOT MY refund from year of 2022. TurboTax withheld my money! I called the IRS 5 times to verified where’s my refund the give me and account that link to Green Dot bank but this bank said I am not on the system! I am very frustrated and haven’t had my refund in 3 month now!

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
