Where on the 1040 is the Amount I paid in Estimated quarterly payments ?

Please look on schedule 5 line 66 (2018 estimated tax payments) this will be carried over to Form 1040 line 17.

Please see the following instructions on how to enter estimated tax payments:

  1. Open your return
  2. Click on the “Federal Taxes” tab on the top
  3. Click “Deductions &Credits” on the top
  4. Click "I'll choose what to work on"
  5. Scroll down to “Estimates and other taxes Paid” and click “start” next to “Estimates
  6. Click “start” next to “Federal estimated taxes for 2018

If the estimated tax payments are missing your return has been already accepted by the IRS, you will have to file an amended return (1040X) to make corrections. But you might want to wait until your refund or payment is processed. The IRS will only accept amended returns via mail.

Please see the following information on how to amend your return:

What is schedule 5? Turbo tax did my returns but line 17 (add any amount from Schedule 5) is blank. Does that mean that the $1000 I paid in Est. tax for 2018 was not used in calculating my refund?
I have already sent in my Tax Return.

Schedule 5 is Other Payments and Refundable Credits: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040s5.pdf">https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040s5.pdf</a>
Did you enter the estimated quarterly payments in TurboTax (see instructions in the edit)? If it doesn't show up on line 17 and in Schedule 5 it seems like it wasn't saved/entered and not used to calculate your refund.  You will have to amend the return.
