In order to create the worksheet L under New Jersey, you should first complete the health coverage information in the Federal section so that all the information will be transferred to the State section. To complete the health coverage information in the Federal section, in TurboTax Deluxe online, here are the steps:
- Sign in to your account and select Continue to pick up where you left off in your tax return.
- From the upper right menu, select Search and type in TAA.
- Select the Jump to link at the top of your search results.
- This will take you directly to the Health Coverage Tax Credit section.
Next, you should revisit the Health Care section under New Jersey to verify if all the questions are answered correctly. To do so, after sign in to your account, to your left, select State and follow prompts.
Later, The program will generate the worksheet L "Shared Responsibility Payment Calculation" along with your other New Jersey tax forms.
In TurboTax online, in order for you to see the worksheet, you will have to pay before you can view to print.
