Where is the "How do you want to pay your federal taxes screen"?

If you want to have the IRS withdraw your balance due from the your bank, where do you enter the bank information?  I know you answered by saying it is in the "How do you want to pay your federal taxes screen/: , but where is that screen?

There are 5 tabs under the TurboTax header.  Click on the FILE Tab and it will run you through the process.
