Turbotax is trying to charge me for the service that they failed to provide and I'm trying to contact someone. I had to provide further documentation to the IRS and to my state franchise tax board because they dropped the ball entirely. I can't find any email address for them to follow up on this and the phone option is a complete and total waste of time. It's 2021, why do they not have an email address front and center for the contact information?
