Where is race mode?

I have been on the phone with turbo tax help 5 times in the last week and nobody can tell me why I can’t get Race Mode to appear (running tally of taxes owed or due). I have tried on 3 computers, with 3 different browsers, have cleared cache etc to no avail. Anyone else having that problem? It’s been a week since it disappeared. Super frustrating

Nope. Tried that.
