If you purchased the desktop software from TurboTax as a download, sign onto your download account using the same User ID that was used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts&cgcview=downloads

Assuming you have the CD/Download version of the program and further assuming you have installed it on your Windows computer, there's a TurboTax 2022 icon on your desktop you need to double-click to open the program. You don't need to use any web browser program at all.
