That's not true at all! Half of us can't even get into the irs site because our information doesn't match. Then there are many people who's money is going to the wrong place . There are also people who's last 4 of their social security number is being used instead of their bank accounts. I recieved an email from turbotax yesterday saying my money would be there as of yesterday. Guess what it's still not there! This is a joke. I have used their services since 2015 but I can tell you I will never and I mean never use them again. You can't even get a hold of someone to talk to them. Our information is not matching what the irs has on file. So, we can't even check. It's completely bs. They have lied over and over again. I will use h and r block self tax filing from now on. Some of us have been majorly impacted by the virus. Some of us have actually been sick and this money is needed to pay things like car payments and rent. Yet, they are screwing all of us around. Many people's money is going to the bank they got their advance from. Guess what that bank is not giving those people their money either. I foresee a huge lawsuit coming over all of this. 1000s of people are very upset and experiencing even more hardship because turbotax and it's card is playing games. They said no one w ou old be charged fees if they had to get a replacement card. That too was a fat lie. As they definitely charged me and others!
