Where is my refund?

I filed my taxes in January 2026 and I say to pay the TurboTax fee through Refund. The IRS confirmed the refund was issued to my TurboTax account on February 11, 2026, but TurboTax says it can't track it and hasn't sent it yet. I don't even know who to ask. Next year, I'll probably have to file my taxes through an accountant, even though it's expensive.

I checked on SBTPG and  they says was returned to  TURBO TAX account. What should I do in this case?
