where i can find and switch between IRS method and tax court method?

HI Here,

i once saw there is option after rental expense, to decide if using IRS or tax court method, but after i first continue use default IRS method and trying to review back to try tax court method, this option is not there anymore, so anyone knows where can i get it? thanks.

There is a check box on the Schedule E Worksheet to switch to 'Tax Court Method' (screenshot).

Unused days are the same as used days in the tax court method.

I am having the same issue and Turbotax doesn't allow me to pull up the schedule e to change it.

You can simply check it off on the form itself  like this. See here
