Go to miscellaneous expenses and write in an expense for "ride fares".

Where do I write off uber rides on schedule c for business to and from jobs worked under 1099

Or under Business Travel. Are you using the Online version or the Desktop Home & Business program? It shows the separate Turbo Tax Business program on your post but you can't do schedule C in that.
