Where do i show gas expense for uber driver?

You have to complete the Vehicle Expense section in the Expenses section for self-employment.  You can either choose vehicle mileage or actual expenses, not both.

Enter schedule c in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to schedule c

are you using standard mileage or actual costs.   if standard mileage, gas is already included.

if actual expense then it'll be entered in the form for the asset form for the vehicle

there is a special quickzoom link for vehicles  the gas will be entered in part 3 of the form
