Where do I show backup withholding from 1099-misc?

Because was unable to validate my tax id, backup withholding was taken out of my settlement check.  But the amount reported was the full settlement.  Where do I show the backup withholding amount that was taken out?

In order to enter the backup withholding: 

• Find the Deductions and Credits section of your return.  
• Scroll down on the screen until you see  the section Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.
• Select the section there called Other Income Taxes. 
• The next screen will have the title Other Income Taxes.  
• On that screen scroll down to the section called Other Income Taxes Paid in 2016. 
• Then select Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099
