Where do i report drug testing fees

I am an owner operator and I pay a yearly fee to a drug testing consortium

Drug testing fees are a deductible business expense.

You can report it as Miscellaneous expenses.

Go to Business Expenses > Other Common Business Expenses > Other Miscellaneous Expenses (see attached screenshot).
