With respect to state disability income, if the benefits you received are truly nontaxable (most likely, then you do not need to report them in any way on your tax return. However, sometimes disability payments can be taxable, depending on who paid the insurance premiums for the disability policy. Therefore, it is recommended that you perform the following steps.
First, please visit the following webpage at the link provided, read the contents therein, and determine for yourself, based on that information, if your disability benefits are taxable or not. If you are absolutely certain though that your benefits are not-taxable (as suspected), then you're done: do nothing further from here, at least with respect to your disability income and taxes.

Second, if your benefits are determined to be taxable (unlikely), then you can enter them into TurboTax as follows:
1) Locate the Find / Search box on your TurboTax return computer page
2) Enter in the following string of words "disability pay, not on w-2" and then click the button with your mouse
3) A "Jump To" link should now appear in your search results; select that and you will be taken to the appropriate place in TurboTax. You may also refer to the screen-capture image attached to this answer for a visual aid (simply click to enlarge).
4) Follow the TurboTax prompts from there
