Where do I mail my federal to I live in Cincinnati Ohio and on here it keeps saying my state return isn’t finished

Instructions will print out on where to mail your return when you print your return.  Here is the mailing address to mail your federal return.

You may need to finish up your state return.  While you are in your Tax Home, select select State from the left side menu.  Select  State Review from the top menu.  Follow through this process to complete your state process.
